- •Flight Booking means any reservation for air travel made through Our Service.
- •Hotel Booking means any reservation for accommodation made through Our Service.
- •Service refers to the Website and any travel booking services provided through it.
- •Tour Package means a pre-arranged combination of travel services including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, and activities. Package details displayed on Our website are for showcase purposes only; actual prices and payment terms will be discussed and confirmed with Our travel executive at the time of booking.
- •You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such individual is making a Booking.
General Payment Terms
The following general terms apply to all payments made through Our Service:
- All prices displayed on Our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and payment is received.
- Once a booking is confirmed, the price is locked and will not change except for government-imposed taxes or fees.
- Payment must be made in full by the specified deadline to avoid automatic cancellation of the booking.
- All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store full credit card or banking information.
- Third-party payment gateway fees, bank charges, or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Flight Booking Payment Terms
Flight bookings require full payment at the time of booking to confirm and issue the ticket. No reservation is held without payment.
Flight Payment Guidelines
- Full Payment Required: 100% of the ticket amount must be paid at the time of booking.
- Ticket Issuance: Tickets are issued only after full payment is successfully processed and received.
- Price Changes: Airfares are dynamic and subject to change. The price quoted at the time of payment is final for that transaction.
- Payment Failure: If payment fails, the booking is not confirmed and the quoted fare may change.
- Group Bookings: For group flight bookings (10+ passengers), a deposit of 25%-50% may be required, with balance payment due 30 days before departure.
Additional Flight Charges
- Payment gateway convenience fee: 1% - 2% of transaction value (subject to payment method)
- Booking service fee: ₹200 - ₹500 per passenger (domestic flights)
- Booking service fee: ₹500 - ₹1,500 per passenger (international flights)
- Seat selection fee: As per airline rates (optional)
- Baggage fee: As per airline rates (if not included in fare)
Hotel Booking Payment Terms
Hotel booking payment terms vary based on the property, rate plan, and booking dates.
Hotel Payment Guidelines
- Pay at Hotel: Some hotels allow payment directly at check-in or check-out. A credit card guarantee may be required.
- Prepaid / Advance Purchase: Full payment is required at the time of booking. These rates are typically non-refundable.
- Partial Prepayment: Some hotels require a deposit (typically 50%) at booking, with balance due at check-in.
- Peak Season / Event Periods: Full prepayment may be required for bookings during high-demand periods.
- Long Stays (7+ nights): First night's deposit or 50% advance may be required.
Additional Hotel Charges
- Booking service fee: ₹300 - ₹600 per booking
- Payment gateway charges: As applicable
- Hotel taxes (GST) are included in the displayed price unless stated otherwise
- Resort fees, tourist taxes, or other local charges may apply and are payable directly to the hotel
Tour Package Payment Terms
Important Disclosure: Package details displayed on Our website are for showcase and inspirational purposes only. Actual package prices and payment terms are not finalized until You speak directly with one of Our travel executives. All package bookings are customized and subject to individual negotiation and written confirmation.
For tour packages, payment terms are determined at the time of booking based on the specific components of the package (flights, hotels, transport, activities, etc.). The following represent typical terms, but Your specific package may vary:

Package Payment Requirements
- Booking Deposit: Non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. Confirms the package and locks in prices.
- Payment Deadlines: Strictly enforced. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
- Late Payments: A late payment fee of ₹500 - ₹2,000 may apply if payment is received after the deadline.
- Group Bookings (10+ persons): Higher deposit (25% - 50%) with stricter payment schedules.

Payment Security

- Check with Your bank or payment provider regarding the status of the transaction.
- If the amount is debited but booking is not confirmed, contact Us immediately with the transaction reference number.
- We will verify the transaction and either confirm the booking or initiate a refund within 5-7 business days.
Payment Disputes
In case of any payment-related disputes:
- Please contact Us with Your booking reference number and payment proof.
- Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
- We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.
- If the dispute involves a third-party provider (airline, hotel), We will facilitate communication but final resolution may depend on the provider.
Taxes & Additional Charges
The following taxes and charges may apply to Your booking:
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
GST is applicable on all travel services as per Indian tax laws:
- Flight bookings: 5% GST on the basic fare (excluding taxes)
- Hotel bookings: 12% GST on room tariff (for room rates above ₹1,000 per night)
- Tour packages: 5% GST on the total package cost (with ITC) or 12% (without ITC)
- Service fees: 18% GST on Our service fees and processing charges
Other Applicable Charges
- Payment gateway convenience fee: 0.5% - 2% depending on payment method
- International transaction fee: Applicable for foreign currency transactions (varies by bank)
- Tourist taxes, resort fees, or city taxes: Payable directly to the hotel at check-in/check-out
- Airport taxes and fees: Included in the flight fare displayed
Currency & Exchange Rates
For international bookings and foreign currency transactions:
- Prices displayed in INR are converted from foreign currencies using prevailing exchange rates.
- Exchange rates fluctuate daily. The final INR amount is calculated at the time of payment.
- We use reference rates from authorized forex providers. These rates may differ from interbank rates.
- For international flight and hotel bookings, the actual charge on Your card may vary slightly due to bank-specific exchange rates and foreign transaction fees.
- Refunds for international bookings will be processed in INR using the exchange rate on the date of refund, which may differ from the original transaction rate.
